2CV8 got out ready for it's livery. It is so small and with the aerodynamics of a brick but every time I look at it I have a chuckle to myself and that is why I did it. Life is too short to take it seriously . Obviously Sam is still eyeing it up !ere to edit.

Shows just how long I've been doing these things.( Me in the green T shirt ) Most totally restored XK's were well under £40k back in the late 80's early 90's.
Had to put a few bits against the E type as fed up looking at the blue all the time .Fancied a change.
Another E type showing off it's terrible previous US of A restoration. Totally solid but anything that was a bit tricky to remove was left on when it was repainted. Dents in bonnet ignored and Chrome glued on. I've seen this many a time over the years .

'That's a Wrap as they say' first time the 2CV8 has ever been on the deck with a matching set of wheels on it. Now for a bit of livery and some odd fiddly bits and I should finally after 4 yrs be able to race it.

Race E is bolted together after having to drill or ream a few holes out on the frames. Don't know why when they are being remade they can't get all the holes drilled the correct size.
