This lovely Mustang had an aftermarket inlet manifold and carburettor fitted and has ran a little bit hot since so suggested to the owner we remove it and check. Sure enough whoever fitted it was a bit to heavy on the silicone and has restricted the water passage just a little.
Race E pedal box being stripped down and blasted ready to modify for adjustable brake bias and remove the old bellows servo. As can be seen the clutch master cylinder put up a bloody good fight but I won !
2CV8 outside in the sunshine so we could have a walk around it and make sure it looks right !! I think we have cracked it.
Race E having a bit of etch primer on the finished bits as to be honest I'm fed up looking at bare metal so fancied a change !
2CV8 pulled apart again to run brake and clutch pipes through the chassis. The doors and bootlid while off, are being painted by our friend Scott of Richards Restoration's as I have neither the time or space at the moment and still have to shape up the bonnet and wings !
